Planning has two layers: Bets — the directional hypotheses you're testing over the next 1–18 months — and the Sprint — the discrete actions you're moving this week.
Bets tell you why you're doing things. Sprint tells you what you're doing next.
Add a Bet when you have a hypothesis worth tracking. Log Signals to record evidence for or against it.
The Sprint tab is a simple kanban: Backlog → This Week → In Progress → Review → Done. Start a sprint to set a name, goal, and timeframe. Cards can be linked to a Bet to show which bets are getting traction.
Use Signal to log new market intel. Use Pulse to log weekly energy. Use Ceremonies for retros.
